Marsha has been an agent at some of the national estate agency franchises, as well as owner of “Propnet,” which she set up in 2002.  Achievements include the CEO award for the most units sold in the Sotheby’s franchise in 2016, as well as runner-up in 2018 and 2019. Winning top-achiever awards locally consistently, Marsha is now a house-hold name in George and the go-to agent when buying, selling, renting, or offering to rent.  She achieved her status as principal agent during 2019 and as all her children has flown the coup, she decided to go it alone once again and opened “The Brand in Real Estate.”  The company joined forces with Wayne Botha of Diverse Properties (Pty) Ltd, which exclusively serves the rental market, enabling it to diversify into rentals as well and be able to serve loyal existing clients as well as new clients in the full spectrum of property related transactions, including auctions. Marsha, together with her associate Wayne, is looking forward to meet all your property requirements.
