Established in the year 2000 as a property management company Haloprop has grown significantly over the past 22 years and currently administers over 150 residential and commercial blocks of sectional title, HOA, and Rental Properties in KZN. Our portfolio also includes formal student accommodation. Our Property Sales Division continues to grow with our dedicated sales team.

As an owner-managed business we are able to provide a ‘hands-on’ approach to our services. Our experienced and qualified staff of 26 are motivated to provide a personalised and professional comprehensive management service to our clients.
