Kenya Valuers also has an associated company in Watamu which covers the north coast region of Kenya.

Our Services

The company has two divisions – Estate Agency and Valuation.

Sales and Lettings Division

The Estate Agency business deals in both commercial and residential property. Our Village Market office concentrates on the Northern Suburbs of Nairobi and offers properties for sale and rent in Muthaiga, Rosslyn, Gigiri, Runda, Kitisuru, Lake View, Nyari, and surrounding areas.
Our commercial team handles commercial properties for sale in the CBD, Upper Hill, Mombasa Road and Industrial Area, together with residential properties for sale and rent from Lavington through to Karen. Our focus is on the high end market.

We also deal with upcountry properties and our associate company in Watamu deals with our coastal properties.

Property Valuation Division

Our valuation team carries out valuations for banks, corporates and individuals under the rules set out by the Institute of Surveyors of Kenya and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, UK. Our expertise covers commercial, residential, industrial and agricultural properties throughout Nairobi, the coast and upcountry. We also value machinery and fixtures and fittings.
Project Consultancy

We have over 40 years experience in the Real Estate business in the region, and also have considerable in-house finance expertise. Our team of professional consultants, carry out a variety of projects for our clients, including investment appraisals, business-plans and advice on investment sales and acquisitions.
