• Incorporation
The Bank was incorporated as Orumba Community Bank (Nigeria) Limited on 20th October 1994 with provisional licensed No 0732 and RC No 255095. In 2005, the Bank was changed to Chukwunenye Community Bank Limited and started operations in July, 2005.
• Transformation from Community Bank to MFB
It transformed to Microfinance Bank on 29th October, 2007. The Bank was granted approval to operate as Microfinance Bank with license number: 000085 on 15th February, 2008.
• The Bank is a financial institution which accept deposit and also involves in lending activities, among Other things, to individuals, public and private organizations.
