BCFS Group Limited is a financial services company providing financing, advisory and insurance agency services to small and medium businesses (SMEs) in Kenya and the wider East Africa region. SMEs are some of the fastest growing companies and key to economic transformation in Kenya and Africa at large. These SMEs face challenges everyday with limited access to capital that they require to optimize capacity, grow and expand. In addition, many SMEs struggle with short term liquidity and cash flow management which is critical to their day-to-day operations and ultimate success.

It is on this basis that BridgeCap was established to provide our clients with a sustainable relationship based bridge to success.

We offer solutions that help our clients with two key business drivers that maximize value: Optimal Capacity and Sustainable Growth.

We target SMEs at the impact stage of funding cycle and require small cap private equity and/or cash flow finance. The enterprises will typically be looking to grow and expand their operations in 3-5 years and our hands-on financial capacity building solutions are meant leap-frog them to scaling their businesses – we believe this will have follow-on investment opportunities.

With the right funding, such enterprises can grow into organizations that have broad impact and, eventually, become the type of sustainable business that would attract its own outside investors.
