Absolv Software Technologies specializes in providing Corporate Wellness and Absence Management Solutions to employers. Our interventions include software solutions, assistance to employers in developing strategies, policies, and procedures and the introduction of structures, the development and sourcing of solutions/products and the management of service levels.

Absolv and its associated businesses originated in the financial services industry through a niche insurance company (AIC Insurance) specializing in underwriting short term disability risk and particularly sick absenteeism.

The business developed a risk management system to control its claims risk which proved extremely successful resulting in the creation of a risk management consulting division. The founder of AIC Insurance then sold his interest in the insurance company and purchased the consulting division now known as AIMS.

Absolv was created to provide technical support and tools for AIMS and third-party clients.

Combining years of experience in the management of absenteeism and a strong technical team, Absolv has developed solutions focusing on the control of absenteeism and the improvement of productivity.
