Frank and Gail Stuyck moved to the West Coast (Port Owen) in 1984 when Frank accepted the position as Marina Manager at Port Owen. Both Frank and Gail have a vast amount of experience in all matters relating to the Marina, Velddrif, the Berg River, St. Helena Bay as well as the ancillary activities such as sailing, power boating etc. Having gained so much experience in the management and marketing of real estate, they decided to establish their own real estate company to serve the local-, national- and international property market. Admiral Island and Port Owen Estates (PTY) Ltd was founded in 2004 with Frank and Gail Stuyck as the two directors of the company. They have both taken a keen interest in community life and Frank has over the years been commodore of the Port Owen Yacht Club, chairman of the Port Owen Marina Authority, chairman of the Local Tourism Association and president of the local Rotary Club. Gail in turn has been president of the local Inner Wheel Club.
The team at Admiral Island & Port Owen Estates have a passion for the area and property in particular. This is clearly illustrated by the fact that apart from the developers’ direct sales, Admiral Island & Port Owen Estates initially sold more than 90% of the property on Admiral Island.
