AFN Brokers Limited was incorporated on the 29th September, 1989, with registration Number RC 138020 and Licenced as a full fledged Insurance Broking outfit in 1991, transacting all classes of Insurance Broking and Consultancy services.

The company is having its registered office at No. 3, Hospital Road, Lagos and its operational/Head Office at 21, Ajao Road, Off Adeniyi Jones Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos, with branch offices at Abuja and Portharcourt, and also an oversea partner, Verspieren International in Paris.

The company operates with Authorised Share Capital of N100m with N82m as fully paid. The ownership structure is broad based and is a joint venture between prominent individuals and corporate local and international organizations. Board of Directors comprises a blend of successful and experienced industrialists, professionals, management consultants and Diplomat.

The Management team is led by Dr J.O. Alabi, who is the Managing Director/CEO. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and a Chartered Insurance Broker (London), a versatile professional with over 33 years experience. The company’s staff strength is 24, made up of talented and dynamic men and women, rendering qualitative services to our numerous clients.

Company’s main activities are Insurance Broking, Risk Management and Risk Consultancy services. Our Clients are in both private and public sector and made up of multinational companies in Manufacturing, Packaging and Distribution, Engineering companies in construction sector, financial institutions and government agencies. The Company is deeply involved in all classes of Insurance with qualified specialist in key sectors of oil and gas, Property and Casualty, Marine and Aviation, including Benefit Policies.
