Ahmadu Bello University, Microfinance Bank Nigerian Limited has been providing impactful financial intermediation services to the University community and environs in numerous ways for over two decades of its existence. The Bank started operations as a community Bank in Samaru in the early 90’s before transforming into a Microfinance Bank in 2007 on the directives of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). By 2014, the Bank had grow into a State licenced Microfinance Bank and had attained a states of the arts edifice as its corporate Head Office situated in Samaru with a branch at Kongo campus
