Alekun Microfinance Bank Limited is a company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under The Company and Allied Matters Act 1990 and Banks and Other Financial Institution (BOFIA) Act 25 of 1991 with Head Office at 40, Oladipo Diya Road, Odogbolu, Ogun State.

The Company was incorporated at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Abuja on 23rd April 2009 after the grant of Provisional Approval) by the Central Bank of Nigeria on 24th November 2007 upon conversion from Community Banking.
