Whereas the ALGOS ASSETS & PROPERTIES LIMITED, has the objects but not limited to carry out business of property development, estate management, equipment leasing, and to provide all other associated services including maintenance, repairs and cleaning services and to acquire lands, buildings and real estate of any description (including easements and other proprietary rights), and to hold, improve, alter, develop, let, sell or otherwise dispose of the same.
