Bakor Medical Centre is a private medical facility (Hospital) established in 1989. Its establishment was sequel to the closure of Kowa Medical Centre, Misau, Bauchi State, in 1988.

The Centre was first located at No. 43 Mbukpa Road in Calabar South Local Government Area, and then relocated to No. 141 Ndidem Usang Iso Road before moving to its present permanent site at No. 124 Murtala Mohammed Highway, opposite NNPC Mega Station/Oando Petrol Station, Federal Housing Estate, Calabar, in June 2007.
