Established in 1989 as an essential arm of the Chagoury Group, Fleetwood Transportation has developed into one of the top 10 haulage companies in Nigeria. Its headquarters are in Lagos, although the company also has a smaller operation in Onitsha. The company operates a large fleet of trucks from its Lagos base, including grain carriers, flatbed, sided and tipper trucks. The Onitsha base operates a further fleet of trucks, all serving the Niger Delta Flour Mills in Onitsha.

Fleetwood has one of the youngest and best-maintained fleets of any haulage operator in Nigeria. It uses MACK trucks (from the USA). 10% of the fleet is replaced each year to keep the fleet up-to-date. This enables the company to offer a reliable service. Fleetwood is currently equipping itself with the latest Mack CX 613 Vision trucks.

Fleetwood’s main clients include Ideal Flour Mills, a Chagoury Group company as well as multinational oil giant Chevron.
