Ideal Flour Mill was the first purpose built Mill of the Chagoury Group of companies. Established in 1979, the Mill operates in northern Nigeria in the city of Kaduna. Wheat is imported from the United States, Canada and France and delivered to the Kaduna Mill via Tin Can Island grain terminal. The wheat is then processed within a modern industrial plant, which is constantly being upgraded to meet rising demand both domestically in Nigeria and throughout Africa.
The mill has an output of 850 metric tonnes of per day. Ideal’s processed products include wheat-flour, semolina and biscuit mix all produced in bulk for the wholesale market.
Wholly owned and operated by the Chagoury Group, Ideal Flour Mill employs hundreds of Nigerian personnel and remains in the forefront of wheat processing in Africa.
The Chagoury Group plans for the Mill include expanding market share throughout Africa.
