The Collfin Group has been in the business of property development for almost 40 years. Starting in Trichardt, Mpumalanga in the Eighties after which the Van Coller family moved to the Lowveld in the early Nineties.

Marketing forms a big part of the business because those developments, which were mostly residential, need to sell. Collfin Properties has already been established in 1981 to form the marketing and real estate division for the group – then known as “Kosmos Eiendomme”.

Today the Agency focuses not only on in-house Collfin developments but also the general market in the Mbombela area. Our creative approach to marketing together with the high value we place on client service sets us aside to the rest.
