Core Property Group is a boutique Commercial real estate company located in Claremont, Cape Town, operating since 2000 when Reg Wall and Debbie Wall-Smith started Wall & Smith Property Consultants in Kildare Rd Newlands focussing on the southern suburbs of Cape Town. In 2016 we rebranded the company to Core Property Group.

The success of Core Property Group is in focussing on select areas, building strong relationships with clients, offering a full commercial property service, including management, property sales and leasing and property valuation. Core Property Group is owned by Debbie Wall-Smith, under whom the company has grown steadily, with Reg Wall running the financial and management side of the business ably assisted by a number of administration staff. Our brokers include an investment broker, office and retail brokers and industrial brokers. Debbie Wall-Smith is a professional valuer. Core Property Group focusses on providing a comprehensive property service in niche areas, including: property investment, office and retail leasing, property sales, property management and property valuation.

Core Property has concluded leasing and sales negotiations from 60m2 to 2000m2, sales from R1M to R141M. Clients include Global Grinders, Pick n Pay, Growthpoint, Rawson, Investicore, PSG, STBB, Woolworths, Spencer Pitman, Corevest, Wine of the Month Club, Vida E, Spire Property, the Obs CID.

Our valuation services include insurance replacement valuations, market valuations (sale of shares, divorce, Rev 246 – estate valuations) and municipal rates value objections.
