Buyers and sellers will have access to 120 agencies who are dedicated in supplying a service to their clients through a listing service. ERL was established in 2001 and has grown to include the following areas of operation being Alberton, South of Johannesburg, Soweto, Germiston and the Vaal Triangle. ERL will be expanding its services to include the West Rand and Johannesburg North in the near future.

The companies who subscribe to ERL listing service, encompasses about 1000 agents. When listing properties on an ERL mandate, more agencies and agents are working on your properties and resulting in a generally quicker sale. Our members meet monthly, where training in legal matters pertaining to the property industry is given as well as compliance issues are addressed. Additional to this, agencies and agents receive information on the marketing and property trends within their respective zones.

ERL has a training program implemented and supported by accredited Services Seta training companies, to ensure that all agents and agencies are trained to the minimum qualifications set out by the Estate Agencies Affairs Board (EAAB). They receive training to the level of NQF4 Real Estate for agents and NQF5 National Certificate for principals. Further ERL conducts induction courses to assist intern agents to become compliant to EAAB qualification requirements. ERL works closely with the EAAB to ensure compliance of our members and qualification of intern agents.
