Fiaseman Rural Bank Plc (FRBPLC), one of the leading Rural Banks in Ghana was licensed to operate in November 1983 as Bogoso Area Rural Bank Limited as an integrated Rural and Community Bank with its Head Office at Bogoso in then Wasa West District of the Western Region of Ghana. In March 2004, the name was changed to Fiaseman Rural Bank Limited. The Bank has 60% stake in Twifu Rural Bank Limited located in Twifu Praso in the Central Region of Ghana. Fiaseman Rural Bank Plc being the first Rural Bank in the Rural Banking Industry to have a stake in a Sister Rural Bank.
