Hichi Systems Limited is a Joint venture between Preem Tech and Green Age Building Services Limited. The two parties have equal shares and have presence on the board of Hichi Directors.
Preem Tech is headed by Mr Bryan Preem, a Belgian expat with extensive sale knowledge in the Sub Saharan African region. Mr Bryan Preem has worked with leading brands in the industry. He also has extensive knowledge of the Cameroonian, Ghanaian and other emerging sub-Saharan African markets. Preem Tech has delivered several turnkey Air-conditioning projects and has an annual turnover above $2,000,000.
Green Age is a Building Services company that designs and installs several type of Building services systems. Although Air-conditioning is the main business unit of Green Age, the company installs other building services systems such as Lifts and fire safety systems. Green Age is owned by Mr Ibrahim Umar who had his education in the United Kingdom at the University of Manchester (BEng Hons Mechatronic Engineering), Loughborough University (MSc Building Services Engineering) and presently MBA at Durham University. Mr Ibrahim is an experiences entrepreneur with investment in order sectors such as consumer goods and Mining sector. He has very valuable network contacts placed strategically and key to enhancing business development. Green Age has an annual turnover of about $1,000,000 and is a contractor to Blue chip clients such as Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), the Central Bank of Nigeria and some major oil companies.
