Add Value Consultants T/A Increase Properties was formed in 2006 by Mr Tlali J. Bohloko, who holds diploma in auctioneering. Mr Bohloko is a principal estate agent at Increase Properties and several companies.

Increase Properties started actively operating from 01st June 2009 as an estate agency, registered with estate agency affairs board. We are appointed by department of justice as an appraiser for deceased estates. And also registered with national home builders registration council (NHBRC).
Increase Properties has facilitated over 1000 property transactions since its inception.
