How we got started:

Our company was started way back in 2011 with a focus to provide our clients access to honest, manageable opportunities towards ownership of genuine, affordable properties in Kenya. Our initial projects were based on value added plots in different parts of the Country including Mombasa, Malindi, Lamu, Athi River and parts of Central Kenya. Our prices ranged from Ksh. 150,000 for an acre.

Later in 2014, we realized our clients had a challenge in achieving their ultimate goal of buying our plots; build their dream houses. Same year in March, we launched our first budget homes project namely Executive Bedsitters in Mshomoroni, North of Mombasa City. The units sold at Ksh. 450,000.

Our achievement up-to date:

Since then, we have sold 400 units across our Executive and Budget homes projects that include; Mtwapa Creek Estate, Water Mark Estate, Ivory Court Estate and Royal Palm Estate (All located in Mtwapa), Crown Villas Estate (Located in Shanzu Area), Parkside Estate located in Bamburi, Utange. In January 2016, we launched our 7th and 8th projects namely Nyali Cinemax Villas located in Nyali area and in close proximity to the prestigious Nyali Cinemax Centre and Moorings Villas located in Mtwapa.

Our vision is to be Africa’s solution to quality, affordable housing.
