A weekend in the savannah with all the comforts, the pleasure of relaxation immersed in nature and in an infinity pool with a unique and enviable view and … gastronomic proposals all to enjoy. This is the novelty of Kudu Camp for those who are nostalgic for hiking and for those who want something extraordinarily different and pleasant after the lockdown.
Here is the program of the Lodge reachable in just over an hour from Malindi, including the transfer for those who want to be pampered completely.
Saturday departure from Malindi or Watamu and arrival at the camp with a small welcome refreshment with water, fruit juice and homemade Genoese focaccia.
Relaxation in the pool and aperitif of the house (non-alcoholic, these days …) accompanied by bruschetta with tomato, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and oregano, pecorino cheese and honey with homemade bread baked in a wood oven. An appetizer waiting for the main course with one of the specialties of the house: the meat all’asador: the classic asado, the tasty and crispy pork or the delicious lamb (subject to availability) with chimichurri and side dish of baked potatoes cooked on the grill and salad of beans, onions and pili pili. To conclude, homemade chocolate cake and “Kenya coffee”.
Sunday begins with a fantastic awakening in the savannah and a buffet breakfast of homemade tarts with seasonal fruit jam, omelettes, fruit, bread with salted butter and jam, water, coffee or Kenyan tea and fruit juice.
The time of return may vary according to requests and those who wish to stay for lunch can enjoy the restaurant of Kudu Camp with the “resident chef” available upon reservation. Throughout their stay guests can enjoy, in addition to the comfortable suites of the camp, the spacious swimming pool by the river where they can lie down comfortably and relax in the sun.
All at a special price that includes: transfer to and from Malindi or Watamu, welcome refreshment, water, overnight stay, aperitif, dinner and breakfast.
Other drinks are excluded and the menu can be adapted to customers’ needs, upon prior notice.
