The Company though unincorporated , made progress and soon raced to the forefront in distributorship of building materials in Nigeria. As a result of sustained growth and planned expansion, it then became necessary to give a befitting structure to the company. Consequently, LAFENAX NIG LTD was incorporated to take over the business as a going concern with effect from 18th day of September, 1995.

The Company now has many branches across the country with about 10 warehouses for storage of her building materials.
