The Institute of Estate Agents, The Estate Agents Affairs Board, National Association of Managing Agents. Courses held by the Institute are attended throughout the year to ensure we are kept up to date on any changes in the Rental Housing Act and Legislation.

We are also registered with Payprop credit bureau as we understand that as a landlord it is critical that you receive your rental timeously.
