The Bank formerly known as Essemaman Rural Bank Ltd. was incorporated on the 20th of January, 1983 and licensed to operate business of banking in August 31, 1983 as the 66th Rural Bank in Ghana. With its head office at Shama, which is about 25 kilometers from Takoradi, the bank has within its Thirty-Seven years of operation provided banking services to the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Area, Shama District, Mpohor District, Wassa East District, Nzema East District, Tarkwa-Nsuem District and Ellembelle District of the Western Region. Its banking products include Current Account, Call Account and Savings Account, Susu Savings Fixed Deposit etc.
