We are a rental company that offers rooms to students for shared accommodation, flats and townhouses – with each being uniquely tailored for every individual’s specific needs and expectations. If you need a place to stay with comfort and safety, when affordability is your priority during your studies, Lukisa Properties is the rental agency for you.
The company began with only two houses to rent in 2015 and it has since grown to eighteen properties at the end of 2020.  In 2021, due to sale of properties, we had eight student properties available for rent. Two of our properties include residential rental options.  Notwithstanding the realities of Covid-19, we have and always will base our relationships with our students (in particular) and tenants on the following principle:
“Through hard work, dedication, believing in yourself, having faith and standing up when life knocks you down, you can rise again!”
With our experience in the industry – we have now been established as a rental agency that our clients can rely on.  The founders of Lukisa Properties, Cathy Kruger and Pieter Kruger, saw an opportunity to fulfil the needs of students and built on the existing business of Pieter Kruger, namely Lukisa Construction.
This year, 2022 we have seven Student Accommodation Communes and 3 Residential Properties.  We are striving to market our Company even more in order to get new owners to sign with us.
Our history is founded in perseverance, dedication and a strong desire to rise from the ashes like a phoenix; never stopping to strive for excellence in service delivery as well as a family-based outlook on our future endeavours.
