Makindye Country Club MCC is a family-orientated members club that offers Accommodation, Sports and Leisure. Previously: American the words of one of our guests, the Club is “the perfect oasis in Kampala.”
Club membership includes:
Outdoor sports facilities: two floodlit clay tennis courts, a fenced-off wading pool (for inexperienced young swimmers), a 25-metre swimming pool, volley and basketball courts, horseshoe pits, a small children’s playground which includes climbing frames and a trampoline.
Indoor sports facilities: fully equipped multi-gym, 2 squash courts, pool table, table tennis and darts.
Accommodation comprises 12 rooms, single and double occupancy, available on a short or long-term basis. Room price includes a continental breakfast and full access to the club’s facilities.
The club offers free Wi-Fi to members and residents. The club’s business centre offers printing, photocopying and scanning services. Our conference facilities can easily cater for organizational meetings (e.g. small workshops and seminars) in a comfortable setting.
Whether it’s for an intimate cocktail, a corporate event, a fundraiser ball, a conference, a workshop or a launch event we have the catering and event management experience to manage a fantastic event for you. We can host and cater for dinner parties of up to 300 guests in our beautiful gardens in Makindye and have catered for events of up to 1000 people at other venues across Kampala.
