Maasai Mara and the stay at Mara Loita Hotel proved to be everything you expected and more. The lodge itself is ecofriendly and sustainable, yet luxurious. Very friendly staff, high degree of service, and top level of security, and respect for the fact that they welcome American city-folks into the wilderness! The kitchen was excellent, and met out need – even when we had lunch near the bush. The very best thing about Mara Loita Hotel is still their many professional guides.
