The firm is made up of two Directors, a Head Valuer, Sales Executives and an Administrator all drawn from different professional fields. We have a strong support staff that is well educated, motivated and geared towards providing professional and reliable service.

We handle commercial, industrial, land and residential properties in the up market areas, and act as the intermediary between sellers and buyers, Landlords and tenants as in negotiating the acceptable prices and terms, to the two parties, facilitate making of their agreements and settling/implementation of the agreement.

We keep track of sale transactions and also ensure our clients have fulfilled their obligations with the government, and advice them on the various ways that their properties can add value, and the market trends so that our clients can realise maximum returns. We keep profiles of our cliets enquiries if we don’t have it in our listings and go that extra mile of sourcing it at the best prices possible.
