Mountain Gorilla View Lodge is located in Northern Rwanda in Kinigi and is on the edge of the Volcanoes National park, home to the endangered Mountain Gorillas.
The Lodge is on the foothills of the Mount Karisimbi, one of the volcanic mountains that make up the Virunga Massif.
Mountain Gorilla View Lodge is an ecolodge with 30 spacious chalets to ensure least disruption of the surrounding environment and has been constructed with locally available material. The rural community is also supported through the purchasing of farm-fresh produce that is served at the lodges restuarant.
Every chalet comes with a beautiful sitting area, with a fire place and has a tea and coffee station. The Chalets all have a different view onto the spectacular volcanic mountains.
