Mpumalanga Property Valuers Pty Ltd (MPV) was established in 2003 and operates as a specialist team of accredited professionals, through a network of branches located in the provinces of Mpumalanga, Limpopo and Gauteng West.

MPV, led by Manie Prinsloo who boasts more than 40 years of experience in different segments of the property industry, specializes in the valuation of residential properties for financial institutions, amongst other services. The company presently conducts more than 1200 residential property valuations per month in a paperless environment through a specially developed computer system. Other clients of MPV include attorneys, auditors and individuals seeking an independent property valuation. The valuation of commercial, industrial and specialized properties, as well as feasibility studies are completed on a contractual basis.

The Valuation Professionals employed by MPV are registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession and comply with the minimum qualification requirements prescribed by the Property Valuers Profession Act, 2000 (Act No. 47 of 2000). The continuous education and training of MPV’s Professionals is monitored annually in order for them to keep abreast of the changes and new developments in the industry. MPV’s Professionals are also members of the South African Institute of Valuers, a prestigious non-profitable organisation where standards of best practises are shared, communicated, and encouraged.
