Mumuadu Rural Bank Ltd (MRB) was established on 1982 at Osino in the Fanteakwa District of the Eastern Region of Ghana. Under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179) and the Banking Act,2004 (Act 673) as amended by the Banking (Amendment).
Act, 2007 (Act 738). Its Financial Statements are prepared in accordance with the International Financial Standards.
The bank was opened with the aim of mobilizing savings and also bank credit to the catchment area. With over 33 years of operation, the Bank currently has 8 Member Board Directors and a solid Management team poised for efficiency and effectiveness in the of quality bank services.

The vision of Mumuadu Rural Bank Ltd is to become one of the best Rural/Community Banks in Ghana by 2027.

To promote enterprises in the Eastern Region of Ghana and beyond through the introduction and implementation of innovative and cost-effective savings mobilization, credit delivery products, and services.
