Shortly after graduating from the University of Durban-Westville in 1997, Darrell worked for a group of private practices and enjoyed a partnership within a large franchise group, for a number of years. This journey allowed him to experience the true value of relationships and the importance of treating people fairly, and ultimately led him to join the Neovision group in 2019.

In 2000, he married his best friend, Cheryl. They have been blessed with a son, Keaton, and a daughter, Jessie, who Darrell describes as “miraculous gifts, continually showering us with laughter and love”.
