Airline Services & Logistics PLC (ASL) was established in 1996 to provide catering and related services to airlines operating in Nigeria.

With its rapid growth and continued success, ASL is a listed company on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

In 2015, the Newrest Group increased its share of the company’s capital and assumed operational responsibility for the Lagos and Abuja flight kitchens.

Since then, Newrest has implemented its standard policies and procedures and invested in facilities. The company officially changed the name of Newrest ASL EPZE in July 2016.

The Lagos unit currently provides more than 8,570 meals a day
