Nortons Inc. specialises in competition law, white collar crime regulation, commercial litigation, consumer protection and general regulatory advice. Established in 2009 (by four partners who left the South African law firm Webber Wentzel to set up their own practice: Anthony Norton, Anton Roets, John Oxenham and Paul Russell), Nortons Inc. has grown to 20 practitioners (December 2013), including two additional partners: Warwick Radford and Michelle Rawlinson.

Entertainment being just some of the household names on the firm’s list of clients.
Norton, Oxenham and Roets have once again all been nominated to the Who’s Who Legal 2013, Global Competition Review , andChambers Global, 2012 edition, lists the same three as leaders in the field of Competition/Antitrust. Nortons Inc. has also been chosen as the winner of the White Collar Crime Law, Firm of the Year in South Africa, for the 2013 Global Law Experts, Practice Area Awards. During 2012, Nortons Inc. was selected as the sole South African member of the International Chamber of Commerce’s Fraudnet organisation, the leading global independent network of lawyers specialising in fraud, white collar crime and asset recovery.
