1. I will rate Okeyson Umuahia ZERO because of the POOR service the rendered to me. I feel disappointed because of the manner the manger whose number is on the website 0818 722 0961 spoke to me twice and for taking advantage of an elderly woman who have little knowledge of all it entails in waybilling. I suggest you guys train you staff on customer satisfaction and approach. This is a brand and should be treated and seen by the public as one. I would have be more comfortable if the manager let my mum know there’s no bus going through the route she’s send those stuffs than talking her to to doing so since last week Friday with the reassurance that the stuffs will be delivered the next day and up till now being Monday the stuff and driver is no where to be found. You guys should know that you’re not dealing with fools and that Okeyson is not the first transport company we’ve patronised. Please do the needful and serve your customers better
