Background and History of Pinnacle Valuers Ltd

Pinnacle Valuers was establishes in 1993 as a partnership, and incorporated in 1998 as a private limited company.
The Company is headed by highly qualified and competent directors who are holders of B.A (Land Economics) degrees, masters’ degrees and beyond, and several professional qualifications. The directors are backed by well qualified associates and administrative staff with good education and several years of experience.
Pinnacle started as a two-people company operating in a small one room office. Over the years the company progressively added space and staff, and currently occupies sizeable office space in Postbank building.
The company has over the years provided quality services to many institutions and organizations in the public the private sectors, NGOs, CBOs, and International organizations.
When it started, Pinnacle mainly offered valuation services to a small number of banks our client base has grown over the years and currently, the company is in the panel of Valuers for majority of the financial institutions in Kenya and serves numerous corporate clients.
Pinnacle has further diversified both geographically and in the type of services offered. Currently, the company has networks all over the country that facilitate provision of services to the furthest corners of the country.
Pinnacle has also diversified in the type of services provided offering a variety of Real Estate services other than valuation including: property management, investment appraisal, feasibility study, agency (selling and buying of property) and facilities management (space building), research and environmental impact assessments.
The Company has also grown the size of jobs handled, and with current capacity handles both small and large jobs, simple and complex.
Pinnacle is technologically advanced with state-of- art equipment that enhances efficiency in service delivery. Further the company invests in research and posses the relevant documents and information for conducting due diligence as well as providing well-informed Real Estate advisory services.
