In Lesotho, PSI partners with consumers to develop and implement consumer-centered, integrated HIV and sexual and reproductive health programs in communities and facilities, increasing reach and access to healthcare for the Basotho populace.

Opened in 2001, PSI Lesotho has positively impacted hundreds of thousands of lives and prevented thousands of HIV infections through its highly impactful and innovative programs, spanning from condom social marketing, sexual and reproductive health, HIV testing and prevention to HIV care and treatment. PSI Lesotho’s community HIV testing programs, including index testing, partner notification services and HIV self-testing, remain a model of efficiency, effectiveness and successful government partnership.
