Our History

One of the challenges that many Kenyans face is access to genuine land and housing at an affordable price. Land is a scarce resource and with the rapidly growing population its demand continues to be on the increase.
Property Reality Company (PRC) was formed with a vision of making it a reality for many Kenyans to own genuine land at an affordable price. On the 6th of May 2010 when the company began its operations PRC was engaged in home projects – The Cape
Gardens. Seven years on, PRC has been on a positive growth path with a focus on land products and being involved in over 25land projects. The company size has also grown from 2 employees in 2010 to 105 employees to date.
PRC is led by its founder and Chairman Mr. Brian Gacari. The Company has a fully constituted board of experts drawn from various fields. With an able team of 6 senior managers who are charged with managing the day to day company operations and steering it towards growth and profitability.
