PROP1 Property Group is an independent real estate company with its own trademarked PROP1 brand in the real estate industry. The company was established in Gqeberha (then Port Elizabeth) in 2017 by business partners Pieter Haggard and Michele Gilchrist.

Pieter is a qualified attorney and has extensive experience in the property industry. Michele, a qualified teacher by profession, entered the real industry in 2013 when she joined a National real estate brand as a sales agent where she gained invaluable experience and had huge sales success.

PROP1 has its heads office in Gqeberha with branch offices along the Garden Route in Knysna, Wildernis and George.
