Dick Anstee and Gareth Anstee, being the Principals of the Firm, collectively have in excess of 55 years of experience and have an extensive knowledge in the various fields pertaining to the property sector.

The foundation and success of the Firm can be attributed to the fact that we pride ourselves on our ethics and that each Broker concentrates on a particular area, thus resulting in an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the local market. Every Broker is then able to establish and maintain personal and individual relationships with every Property Owner and Tenant alike.

We currently have 10 Brokers operating within the Firm and we concentrate in the areas that fall within the East, West & South Rand Areas of the Ekurhuleni and Johannesburg Municipalities, as well as the Midrand, Sandton and Randburg Areas.
