Reliance Microfinance Bank (a member of Reliance Group) was incorporated in October 20, 2015 as a private limited company but obtained license from Central Bank of Nigeria in February 3, 2016 to carry out Microfinance Banking business in Nigeria. Prior to obtaining license, the Group has been involved in Microcredit and Investment activities for her various customers since April 2010 and her proven integrity, records of achievements engender the management to approaching Central Bank of Nigeria for a microfinance banking license.

We are strong emerging financial institution in Nigeria providing full range of financial services such as accepting deposits/funds from individuals, corporate bodies, etc and providing credit facilities to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), individuals, artisans, organized cooperative societies, associations/groups and the self-employed. Given the Bank’s vision to support financial inclusion and empower the economically disadvantaged individuals and micro business, we have strategically focused on micro and group lending model.

In addition, we offer Business Advisory, Capacity building and Investment management services to our select clientele. As a licensed Microfinance Bank, depositors’ funds with our Bank are fully insured by Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC).

The Bank operates from its corporate head office at plot 4, Oyetubo street, off Obafemi Awolowo way, Ikeja Lagos, Nigeria with crop of young professionals specializes in solutions and relationship-driven banking tailored to meet the financial needs of our diverse customers.
