Any Rent-To-Own program demands a deposit or down payment and here if a client doesn’t have a deposit/down payment they can create themselves one while waiting to be assisted by the company

The Platform
The company has opened a platform for people who are without deposit/ down payment to register first.

The Process
The company will only take 70 applicants first before buying them properties and on that platform every month people will be bought houses/lands.

Final Stage
The company buys houses from R150 000 up to R2 000 000 and the company finances are categorized or split into three levels to check how much a person can qualify after their salary deductions.
