Shungwaya Broadcasting Services is a regional Media House owning SBS Radio Station, licenced to serve throughout the Coastal regional through its frequencies 94.4 Kilifi and 89.3 Hola and Garsen. We are attentively located at Green Estate off Kwa Mwango-Kiwandani Road alongside Kilifi-Malindi highway.
It was established and began broadcasting on the 27th day of August 2018 from its transmission site in Jaribuni, Mamburui, Hola and Garsen. From Administration to Management level, the company consists of a collection of Kenyans of all walks of residing in the Kilifi and Coastal region that are divided into five (5) categories of Ethnic and cultural diversity of the Kenyan nation.
To maintain full independence and moral integrity, fair and unbiassed representation of the diversity and culturally rich communities that make up the Coastal population in Kenya, SBS Radio is not under the governance of any group, sect or political parties. In this regard, SBS Radio is an inclusive and mainstream media.
