Erna is the founder of TEAM AGENT, located at Boardwalk Meander Estate – Pretoria and is proud to say she is the Top Realtor in her office and market area. TEAM AGENT was established by Erna in 1990 and has been at her current location as of 2002.  With the help of her full time assistants, Erna sells and leases more than 80 homes per year.

Erna Vauqulin started in the real estate business when she was 28 and interest rates were 18%.  Facing the challenges of a career change and the country’s recession, Erna began her journey to a career level of over R60 million in residential sales.  She is now in her 40th year as a licensed real estate agent and maintains a very successful business in Pretoria.  Her consistent yearly sales volume keeps her amongst the nation’s top producing Realtors.
