The Rest Nature Estate is located 5 mins away from Nelspruit City Centre. The elevated terrain offers magnificent views over the Lowveld mountains. Originally the land belonged to the Nel Family who founded Nelspruit and descendants of their family still live on estate.

In total approximately 1200 residential stands ranging in size from 500 m2 up to 16,000 m2 are planned, divided into 4 phases located across the Estate.

Phase 1 & 2 consists of 550 serviced (roads, street lighting, electricity, water and fibre) freehold stands and 110 smaller completed home (previously known as villas) stands, all available for transfer.

In total 500 residential stands have been sold to new buyers together with all the villa stands for the construction of smaller completed homes.

Phase 3 consists of 185 stands.
