Thyme Wellness Spa and Guesthouse is a day-and-stay spa that takes an uncompromising approach to health, well-being and beauty. We are situated at the edge of the Tygerberg Nature Reserve with panoramic views of Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean. Facilities include two wet treatment rooms, three spacious treatment rooms, a candlelit couples treatment room and a dedicated facial and laser treatment room. Guests also have access to two outdoor pool areas, our indoor or outdoor jacuzzi areas, steam room and various private garden relaxation areas. The spa menu reads like a journey of tranquility, soothing stress and easing strain. Guests are pampered with a variety of body and skin treatments such as wraps, scrubs, anti-stress massages, as well as detoxifying and slimming treatments. A hair salon, nail bar, make up studio, coffee and smoothie bar complete the wellness experience. All rooms at the guest house are superbly appointed and are set in a unique garden environment. The guesthouse comprises of seven luxurious en-suite rooms. 5 double rooms have full bathrooms with bath and shower facilities and two deluxe rooms have shower facilities. Alll rooms lead onto a balcony or patio with garden or Table Mountain views. All rooms have DSTV as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Being located halfway between the city of Cape Town and the various other historic wine route towns of Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschoek, Thyme is ideally suited to both tourists and travelling executives. Thyme is further situated on the doorstep to the wine estates and restaurants along the Durbanville Wine Route. Facilities also include wireless Internet, secure parking, two fireplaces, braai making facilities, evening turndowns, an honesty bar and two lounge areas. Daily housekeeping is provided and laundry services are available. In addition, we offer an airport shuttle service as well as half and full day tailor made tours from R500 pp on request.
