TGI was incorporated in 1993 as Spring Insurance Brokers Unlimited and was in 1999 re-registered as TransGlobal Insurance Brokers Limited to transact General Insurance Business, Life Assurance Business and Special Risks.
It is a wholly owned Nigerian Company with staff strength of 45 skilled, trusted and dedicated staff. TGI has a highly motivated and multi-disciplinary team comprising of chartered insurance practitioners, chartered accountants, chartered administrators, risk management consultants, lawyers, engineers and economists.
TGI has a share capital of N20,000,000.00 (Twenty Million Naira Only). It has an asset base of over N700,000,000.00 (Seven Hundred Million Naira Only) and a Professional Indemnity cover of N30,000,000.00 (Thirty Million Naira Only).
TGI has its offices in Lagos, Asaba and Abuja. Equally, it has a correspondence office in London. The branches and the correspondence office are strategically located to support its operations.
