Management – This involves rent collection and releasing the same to clients on a monthly basis with a statement indicating / showing all rent payment and bankings. We pay on behalf of the landlord Land rents, City council rates, insurance, wages, utility bills etc upon the landlord’s instructions
Letting – We market by advertisement and source for new tenants for new and or vacant properties. This involves looking for a tenant, negotiating on rent, preparing leases and arrange for execution and taking / handing over the property to the tenant on behalf of the landlord
Sales- Marketing by advertisement and sourcing for property buyers for those properties on sale. This involves looking for buyers, negotiating, issuing of letters of offers and pursuing the sale transaction with both the buyer’s and seller’s advocates to ensure speedy conclusion of any sale
We consult on all matters relating to properties – Rent appraisals, Rent rates, prevailing market property values lease preparation  etc
Feasibility Study – We advice on the most economical way to invest in Real Estate by looking at different areas of the City and the market rent in such areas. Also for consideration in this is the prevailing demand of properties, eg one / two / three or four bed roomed units.
