C\u2019est aussi dans ses origines ghan\u00e9ennes que Eileen a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de puiser. \u00ab Je veux remettre au go\u00fbt du jour des produits un peu oubli\u00e9s, d\u00e9mocratiser cette cuisine. En France, on conna\u00eet surtout les cuisines d\u2019Afrique francophone. Le Ghana est un pays anglophone dont on ne conna\u00eet pas forc\u00e9ment les richesses \u00bb, estime Eileen. Parmi les aliments qu\u2019elle veut faire d\u00e9couvrir, la graine de millet, la farine de teff, le gombo\u2026 \u00ab La cuisine africaine, ce n\u2019est pas que des plantains frites et du gras !
